When opening the Log In window, try Pushing “Ctrl+M”, you should get

There are a few options to try:

Running it with “Enable logging” checked will generate log files that
|
|
|
can be collected with “Show Log Files”.
|
|
|
“Clear locally cached files” helps sometimes.
|
|
|
“Reinstall current package” will lay down the installation again and

|
|
is usually a good fix for localized issues.
